Hourly Technical Support

For support required outside the Managed Services umbrella, SOL-I.S. offers hourly Technical Support. We will remotely access your network and computer to troubleshoot a problem. When that isn’t possible, we will troubleshoot onsite or pick up your equipment for service. Whichever way it’s done, you’ll be up and running quickly.
